Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, operations or related field.
• Master’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
• Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Scrum, or process improvement certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own budget planning, tracking, forecasting, and reporting aligned to KPIs and ROI.
• Lead workforce and capacity planning to align staffing and workloads with priorities.
• Develop reporting frameworks to provide visibility into performance and finances.
• Support agency and vendor operations ensuring contracts and deliverables meet expectations.
