Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, marketing, finance, operations, or a related field.
• 5+ years in marketing operations, business operations, finance, or related field.
• Experience managing budgets, operational processes, and performance reporting in a complex, cross-functional environment.
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into scalable operational systems and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own budget planning, tracking, forecasting, and reporting aligned to KPIs and ROI.
• Design and improve intake, prioritization, governance, and workflow processes.
• Lead workforce and capacity planning, aligning staffing and workload distribution.
• Develop reporting frameworks delivering visibility into performance and finances.
• Support agency and vendor management in line with contracts and expectations.
