Advocate Health is seeking a senior Marketing Operations professional for a fully remote role in the United States. You will drive financial discipline, process optimization, and scalable operations across the marketing function from a home office.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 5+ years in marketing operations, with strong analytical skills and stakeholder collaboration. Comprehensive total rewards and career development are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, marketing, finance, operations or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or related field with cross‑functional exposure.
• Experience managing budgets, processes and performance reporting in a complex environment.
• Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Scrum or process improvement certifications are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own budget planning, tracking, forecasting, and reporting aligned to KPIs, OKRs, and ROI.
• Lead workforce and capacity planning, aligning staffing, agency utilization, and workload.
• Develop reporting frameworks delivering clear visibility into performance and financial health.
• Support agency and vendor management ensuring contracts and performance expectations.
