Advocate Health is seeking a full-time Marketing Operations leader to drive financial management, process optimization, and performance reporting across a complex marketing organization. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, marketing, finance, operations, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, business operations, finance, or a related field.
• Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Scrum, or process improvement certifications.
• Experience leading projects in a large health system, healthcare organization, enterprise marketing department, agency, regulated industry or complex matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence across the marketing organization, including financial management, process optimization, resource planning, agency management and performance reporting.
• Operationalize the portfolio and planning model by ensuring efficient execution, financial discipline, and scalable processes, supporting measurable, optimized performance.
• Own budget planning, tracking, forecasting, and reporting while ensuring alignment to KPIs, OKRs, and ROI expectations.
• Lead workforce and capacity planning, aligning staffing, agency utilization, and workload distribution to business priorities.
• Develop reporting frameworks, delivering clear visibility into performance, financials, and operational health.
• Support agency and vendor management processes, ensuring alignment with contracts, deliverables, and performance expectations.
