Job summary

SimuTech Group is seeking a hunter-minded sales professional to build pipeline in emerging technology markets and drive adoption of cutting-edge engineering simulation solutions. You will identify early adopters, run discovery sessions, and design pilots that demonstrate business value.

You'll collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape go-to-market narratives, expand into new geographies, and maintain CRM discipline.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in technical or early-stage product sales.
• Ability to grasp emerging technology and translate business value.
• Experience selling into engineering or R&D organizations (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Hunter mentality and resilience in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage early adopters in emerging tech markets.
• Lead discovery sessions and design pilot programs with prospects.
• Build pipeline in new geographies and verticals.
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams to shape solution narratives.
• Maintain CRM discipline and provide insights on adoption trends.
