Job summary

AssetWatch is seeking a Business Development Representative in the United States to drive new business opportunities through lead generation, qualification, and outbound outreach. You will schedule demos, understand customer pain points, and collaborate with Solution Architects to build enterprise pipelines.

The role emphasizes a remote-first work environment, strong sales acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-growing manufacturing tech company.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of proven sales experience in manufacturing.
• Track record of over-achieving in deliverables.
• Strong phone presence and ability to perform high-volume outbound calls per day and account-focused.
• Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM along with Gong/Orum/Outreach/Chili Piper/ZoomInfo/LinkedIn Sales Navigator/Outlook/Zoom/Slack.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong listening and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule qualified online sales demonstrations for Solution Architects via outbound calls, emails, text, and LinkedIn.
• Understand prospect needs and how AssetWatch can address them with our value propositions.
• Schedule qualified online demonstrations to achieve monthly quotas.
• Research accounts, identify targets, and generate interest via calls, email, and LinkedIn.
• Maintain AssetWatch’s prospect database within assigned territory.
