Job summary

Overview.ai is hiring a Business Development Representative to uncover real inspection use cases in U.S. manufacturing from a LATAM base. You will identify opportunities, map the right decision-makers, and hand off qualified cases to our Vision Sales Engineers with concrete context.

You will work remotely with U.S. hours, maintain rigorous HubSpot records, and continuously test outreach messaging to improve engagement and qualification quality.

Qualifications

• Outbound sales experience as BDR/SDR or equivalent.
• Strong phone skills and outbound instincts.
• Fluent professional English, written and verbal.
• Based in LATAM with ability to work U.S. business hours.
• Able to work in ambiguity and learn technical concepts.
• High curiosity and willingness to learn technical concepts.
• Organized, reliable, and accountable for your pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Identify target U.S. manufacturing accounts across industries.
• Map target decision-makers (Quality/Engineering) and tailor outreach.
• Lead discovery to uncover real blockers (cost, downtime, false positives).
• Qualify or disqualify opportunities; walk away fast when needed.
• Handoff to Vision Sales Engineers with actionable context.
• Maintain HubSpot hygiene with clear activity logs and notes.
• Iterate messaging based on what resonates; weekly learnings.
