Job summary

Hexagon AB seeks a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive outbound prospecting and pipeline for Production Software solutions. This fully remote US role targets manufacturing and enterprise accounts, qualifying opportunities before handing off to Account Executives.

You will collaborate with marketing and partner teams, maintain Salesforce records, and build a robust funnel from outbound outreach and discovery calls to product demos.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a BDR/SDR or outbound sales role, B2B SaaS or industrial tech preferred.
• Strong cold outreach and objection-handling skills.
• Salesforce experience required and CRM experience.

Responsibilities

• Outbound prospecting: research target accounts and engage decision-makers via calls, email, and LinkedIn.
• Lead qualification: evaluate prospects against Hexagon's software solutions.
• Pipeline building: book discovery calls and product demos with clean handoffs to AEs.
• Cross-functional alignment: partner with marketing and channel/partner teams to surface opportunities.
• CRM hygiene: maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in Salesforce.
