Job summary

AssetWatch, a leader in predictive maintenance, is hiring a Business Development Representative in the United States to generate and qualify leads, set appointments, and drive new business opportunities. You will schedule qualified online demonstrations for Solution Architects and collaborate to expand the enterprise pipeline while maintaining accurate data across systems.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of proven sales experience in manufacturing.
• Track record of over-achieving in deliverables.
• Strong phone presence and ability to perform high-volume outbound calls per day and account-focused.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM plus Gong, Orum, Outreach, Chili Piper, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outlook, Zoom and Slack.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong listening and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Team player and collaborator.
• High level of enthusiasm, energy and professionalism.
• Fluency in English; French preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads.
• Set appointments.
• Drive new business opportunities.
• Schedule qualified online sales demonstrations for Solution Architects via outbound channels.
• Understand prospect needs and how AssetWatch solutions address pain points.
• Schedule online demonstrations to meet monthly quotas for calls and demos.
• Research accounts, identify targets and generate interest through calls, email, and LinkedIn.
• Maintain and expand prospect database for assigned territory.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects to build enterprise pipeline and close deals.
• Maintain system hygiene by inputting data and following defined sales processes.
