Job summary

Advocate Health seeks a senior leader for its Mid-Revenue Cycle operations, focusing on facility coding denials and inpatient coding oversight. The candidate will drive performance monitoring, collaborate with clinical and IT leadership, and develop a high-performing team in a remote-capable setting within the states

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health information management, healthcare administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• RHIA certification preferred
• Minimum 8 years of experience in mid-revenue cycle operations, including 2+ years of leadership in a large integrated healthcare system.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations within the assigned function area.
• Evaluate processes to improve efficiency and standardize best practices.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and confidentiality of patient records.
