Advocate Health is seeking a senior leader for the Mid-Revenue Cycle Operations, focusing on facility and professional coding denials across a large integrated system. The role drives efficiency, compliance, and coordinated actions with clinical, IT, and finance teams.

Qualifications

• Mid-Revenue Cycle knowledge including facility and professional coding and HIM workflows.
• Familiar with ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS and third-party reimbursement basics.
• Strong data analysis, reporting, and process standardization skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily operations within the mid-revenue cycle function to meet enterprise goals.
• Evaluate processes to improve efficiency and drive standardized practices.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and confidentiality of patient records.
• Monitor KPIs and drive data-driven improvements across teams.
• Collaborate with clinical, IT, compliance, and revenue cycle leaders.
• Develop and coach staff, manage performance, and support growth.
