Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking a Management Liability Practice Leader to develop and execute a best-in-class value proposition across D&O, EPL, Fiduciary, Crime, and Kidnap & Ransom coverages. This remote role collaborates with Producers, Account Managers, and leadership to deliver innovative coverage solutions and risk management strategies.

The ideal candidate will bring 5–10+ years of Management Liability experience, deep coverage knowledge, and a proven advisory and business

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of Management Liability experience as an underwriter, broker, producer, or combo thereof.
• Deep expertise in D&O, EPL, Fiduciary, Crime, and related executive risk coverages.
• Active Property & Casualty License or ability to obtain within six months of hire.
• Proven consultative, client advisory, and business development experience with ability to influence stakeholders.
• Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and relationship management.
• Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of IOA’s Management Liability practice strategy.
• Evaluate carrier appetites, market conditions, and product offerings to identify optimal solutions.
• Provide expert guidance on D&O, EPL, Fiduciary, Crime, and related coverages.
• Deliver coverage recommendations through market navigation and proposal development.
• Design and implement service and risk management strategies.
• Partner with IOA’s Data team to develop benchmarking tools and analytics.
• Oversee Management Liability content and educational resources across channels.
• Partner with Producers on business development opportunities and strategic guidance.
• Participate in select client meetings as a subject matter expert.
