Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking a Management Liability Practice Leader to drive a best-in-class value proposition across Directors & Officers, EPL, Fiduciary, Crime, and Kidnap & Ransom coverages.

You will serve as IOA’s national expert, partnering with Producers and leadership to deliver innovative coverage solutions and risk management guidance that support client success and organizational growth.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of Management Liability experience in underwriting, brokering or production.
• Deep expertise in D&O, EPL, Fiduciary, Crime, and related executive risk coverages.
• Active Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain within six months of hire.
• Proven consultative, client advisory, and business development experience.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of IOA’s Management Liability practice strategy.
• Evaluate carrier appetites, market conditions, and product offerings for client needs.
• Provide expert guidance on D&O, EPL, Fiduciary, Crime, and related coverages.
• Deliver coverage recommendations and assist with RFPs and proposals.
• Design service and risk management strategies to differentiate IOA in the marketplace.
• Collaborate with data teams to develop benchmarking tools and analytics.
