Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Management Liability Practice Leader, fully remote, to develop IOA's national strategy for Directors & Officers, EPLI, Fiduciary, Crime, and Kidnap & Ransom coverage. You will partner with Producers, Account Managers, and leadership to deliver innovative solutions and risk management guidance.

The role requires 5–10+ years in management liability, deep coverage expertise, and strong advisory, collaboration, and development skills.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of Management Liability experience in underwriting, broker, or production.
• Deep expertise in D&O, EPLI, Fiduciary, Crime, and related executive risk coverages.
• Active Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within six months).

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of IOA's Management Liability strategy.
• Evaluate carrier appetites, market conditions, and product offerings.
• Provide expert guidance on management liability coverages to clients and producers.
• Deliver coverage recommendations through market navigation and policy analysis.
• Design and implement risk management strategies to improve client outcomes.
• Collaborate with data teams to develop benchmarking tools and analytics.
• Oversee content and thought leadership across channels.
• Support business development with technical expertise and strategic guidance.
