Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a Management Liability Practice Leader to drive strategy, client outcomes, and market leadership. The role requires 5–10+ years in management liability with deep D&O, EPL, fiduciary and crime coverage expertise, plus strong leadership and business development skills.

This is a fully remote, national role supported by IOA's platform, with collaboration across Producers, account teams, and carrier partners.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of Management Liability experience as an underwriter, broker, producer, or combination thereof.
• Deep expertise in D&O, EPL, Fiduciary Liability, Crime, and related executive risk coverages.
• Active Property & Casualty License or ability to obtain within six months of hire.
• Proven consultative, client advisory, and business development experience with internal/external stakeholders.
• Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, problem-solving and relationship management skills.
• Outstanding verbal, written and presentation communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and insurance technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of IOA’s Management Liability practice strategy.
• Evaluate carrier appetites, market conditions, and product offerings to identify solutions.
• Provide guidance on D&O, EPL, Fiduciary, Crime, and related coverages.
• Deliver coverage recommendations through market navigation and policy analysis.
• Design risk management strategies and differentiate IOA in the market.
• Partner with IOA Data to develop benchmarking tools and analytics.
• Oversee Management Liability content and educational resources.
• Collaborate with Producers for business development opportunities.
• Participate in select client meetings as a subject matter expert.
• Coordinate with carriers and internal teams to support service excellence.
