Insurance Office of America is seeking a Management Liability Practice Leader to shape and execute a premier value proposition for Directors & Officers, EPL, Fiduciary, Crime, and related coverages. This national expert will partner with Producers and leadership to deliver innovative solutions and risk management guidance across IOA’s client base.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in management liability as underwriter, broker, or producer.
• Expertise in D&O, EPL, fiduciary, crime, and related executive risk coverages.
• Active P&C license or ability to obtain within six months.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of the management liability practice strategy.
• Evaluate carrier appetites, market conditions, and product offerings.
• Provide guidance on coverage, policy language, and risk management.
• Develop and deliver benchmarking tools and analytics with the Data team.
• Collaborate with Producers and leadership to drive growth and client success.
