Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Management Liability Practice Leader to develop and execute IOA's national strategy for D&O, EPL, Fiduciary, Crime, and K&R coverages. This fully remote leadership role partners with Producers, Account Managers, and leadership to deliver innovative coverage solutions and risk management guidance.

The ideal candidate has 5–10+ years in management liability, a P&C license (or ability to obtain), and proven consultative, client advisory, and business

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of Management Liability experience as an underwriter, broker, producer, or combo thereof.
• Deep expertise in Directors & Officers, EPL, Fiduciary Liability, Crime, and related executive risk coverages.
• Active Property & Casualty License or ability to obtain within six months of hire.
• Proven consultative, client advisory, and business development experience with ability to influence stakeholders.
• Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
• Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and insurance tech platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of IOA’s Management Liability practice strategy.
• Evaluate carrier appetites and market trends to identify optimal solutions for clients.
• Provide expert guidance on management liability coverages.
• Deliver coverage recommendations through market navigation and proposal development.
• Design and implement risk management strategies to enhance client outcomes.
