Qualifications

• 9+ years of progressive accounting with Big 4 and industry.
• US GAAP knowledge in M&A (ASC 805) and investment/consolidation areas.
• Experience leading financial due diligence across live deals and coordinating advisors.
• Drafting technical accounting memos and disclosures for financial statements.
• Responsible use of AI with human oversight to improve workflow.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial due diligence on target companies, including quality of earnings analysis and deal risks.
• Own end-to-end purchase accounting for acquisitions under ASC 805, including PPA and goodwill.
• Drive accounting for strategic investments under ASC 321/323/810 including equity method.
• Shape accounting policies with memos for new products in partnership with auditors.
• Prepare footnote disclosures, MD&A, and 10-Q/10-K while ensuring SOX controls.
• Collaborate with Product, Legal, Tax, FP&A, and Corporate Dev on new launches.
