Job summary

The RealReal, Inc. is seeking a Resale Advisor, New Business to drive new business in a fully remote, quota-driven sales environment. You will prospect opportunities, follow up on marketing-generated leads, and build consignor relationships while delivering a top-notch first-touch client experience.

You will review contracts, set pricing expectations, and maintain disciplined pipeline management to meet performance goals. Prior experience in luxury goods is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly build rapport with prospective clients and close deals.
• Proficiency with software such as G-Suite, Email, Salesforce/CRM.
• Full-time availability (40 hours/week).

Responsibilities

• Prospect new opportunities within assigned territory.
• Follow up and close leads generated by marketing team.
• Leverage consignor relationships to gain referrals.
• Outreach daily via phone and text (50-100 per day).
• Provide an outstanding customer experience.
• Review contracts with consignors.
• Set pricing expectations with luxury knowledge.
