Job summary

The RealReal, Inc. is seeking a Resale Advisor for New Business to drive growth in a fully remote, quota-driven sales role.

You will prospect, close leads, and develop consignor relationships, delivering a high-touch first impression and reviewing contracts with sellers. You will manage a high-volume outreach cadence, maintain CRM hygiene, and meet performance targets while leveraging knowledge of luxury items to set pricing expectations.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly build rapport with prospective clients and close deals.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and email outreach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new opportunities within assigned territory.
• Follow up and close leads generated by marketing team.
• Leverage consignor relationships to gain referrals for new consignors.
• Outreach daily via phone and text (50-100 per day).
• Provide an outstanding customer experience.
• Review contract with consignors.
• Set pricing expectations through knowledge of luxury items.
