The RealReal, Inc. is seeking a Resale Advisor, New Business (LS) to drive new business in a fully remote, quota-driven environment.

You will prospect and close leads, nurture consignor relationships, and deliver a strong first-touch client experience while reviewing contracts and setting pricing expectations in the luxury market. You will handle high-volume outreach, maintain CRM hygiene, and manage a robust pipeline.

Qualifikationen

• Must be available to work full-time (40 hours/week).
• Previous experience selling luxury goods or services.
• Ability to discuss and advise customers on fashion trends in the luxury market.

• Outreach daily via phone and text (50–100 per day).
• Provide an outstanding customer experience.
• Review contracts with consignors.
• Set pricing expectations through deep knowledge of luxury goods.
• Follow up and close leads generated by marketing team.
