The RealReal, Inc. is hiring a Resale Advisor, New Business (LS) to drive new business in a fully remote, quota-driven sales environment.

You will prospect, close leads in an assigned territory, convert marketing-generated leads, and cultivate consignor relationships while delivering a polished first-touch client experience and reviewing contracts. Expect high-volume outreach (50–100 calls/texts per day), rigorous CRM hygiene, and disciplined pipeline management.

Qualifications

• Experience in prospecting and closing leads.
• Ability to maintain CRM hygiene and pipeline visibility.
• Comfort with remote, quota-driven sales roles.
• Experience selling luxury goods is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Outreach daily via phone and text (50–100 per day).
• Provide an outstanding customer experience and review consignor contracts.
• Set pricing expectations through knowledge of luxury goods.
• Follow up and close leads generated by marketing team.
