Job summary

The RealReal, the world's largest online marketplace for authenticated, resale luxury goods, is seeking a Resale Advisor, New Business (LS). This fully remote role targets high-volume outreach to convert marketing leads and build consignor relationships.

You will review contracts, set pricing expectations, and maintain a disciplined pipeline to meet performance targets. Ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication, adaptability, and a growth mindset.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly build rapport with prospective clients and close.
• Proficiency with G-Suite, Email, Salesforce, CRM.
• Must work full-time 40 hours per week.
• Self-motivation and drive to achieve results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new opportunities within assigned territory.
• Follow up and close leads generated by marketing team.
• Leverage consignor relationships to gain referrals for new consignors.
• Outbound outreach via phone and text (50–100 per day).
• Provide an outstanding customer experience.
• Review contracts with consignors.
• Set pricing expectations through luxury knowledge.
