Job summary

Vail Resorts is seeking an Epic Ascent Concierge Agent to deliver elevated guest experiences for ski and snowboard school guests, coordinating private lessons, experiences, and on-mountain support from booking through departure.

This winter seasonal, full-time role offers remote work options with a base wage of $24.00 to $27.23 per hour, and benefits including health insurance, 401(k), and employee perks; candidates should be 18+, with 3-5 years hospitality experience.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years relevant experience; preferred as a concierge or in a hospitality setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to engage guests and partners.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and coordinate across departments for a seamless experience.
• Remote role; preferred location within a commutable distance to Vail and Beaver Creek.

Responsibilities

• Deliver elevated, personalized guest experiences by creating meaningful connections and modeling Epic Service.
• Serve as primary contact for ski and snowboard school guests, providing concierge-level service via phone, email, text, and in-person.
• Coordinate private lesson and specialty product logistics, including booking support and lesson routing.
• Resolve escalated issues with sound judgment and empathy, partnering with leadership as needed.
• Collaborate with Product Sales & Services, Ski & Snowboard School, and Resort Operators to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Manage guest records and workflows to ensure accuracy and continuity of service.
• Monitor operations, identify risks, and escalate issues as appropriate.
• Process POS transactions, manage guest profiles, payments, adjustments, and order fulfillment.
• Suggest products and upgrades to enhance the guest resort experience.
