Vail Resorts seeks an Epic Ascent Concierge Agent to deliver elevated guest experiences for ski/snowboard school guests. This role coordinates private lessons, manages guest communications, and ensures seamless day-of operations from booking to departure.

Remote role with preferred proximity to Vail/Beaver Creek. You will collaborate across departments, support experiences with proactive problem-solving, and uphold Epic Service standards from pre-arrival through on-mountain support.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years relevant concierge or hospitality experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and coordinate across departments.
• Experience working remotely and using multiple technology platforms preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver elevated, personalized guest experiences and exemplify Epic Service.
• Serve as primary contact for ski/snowboard school guests and internal teams.
• Coordinate private lessons and specialty product logistics, including bookings and routing.
• Resolve escalated guest issues with sound judgment and empathy.
• Partner with Product Sales & Services, School, Operators, and leadership for seamless execution.
• Manage guest records, workflows, and POS transactions accurately.
• Identify service risks and communicate issues to leadership.
