Vail Resorts is seeking an Epic Ascent Concierge Agent to deliver elevated, personalized service for ski and snowboard guests. You will coordinate private lessons, handle bookings, and provide expert guidance from pre-arrival to departure, ensuring a seamless and truly premium experience.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years relevant experience; preferred in concierge or hospitality.
• Proven ability to deliver personalized high-touch service.
• Ability to coordinate across departments and manage multiple requests.

Responsibilities

• Deliver elevated, personalized guest experiences with meaningful connections.
• Serve as primary contact for ski and snowboard school guests and internal support.
• Coordinate private lessons and specialty product logistics, including booking support.
• Resolve escalated issues with sound judgment and empathy in collaboration with leadership.
• Partner with Product Sales & Services, School, and Resort Ops to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Manage guest records, payments, and order fulfillment with accuracy.
• Identify service risks and escalate issues appropriately.
• Recommend products and upgrades aligned with guest needs.
• Maintain knowledge of resort products, policies, and School operations.
• Support daily operations and uphold company policies and workspace readiness.
