Job summary

Vail Resorts is seeking an Epic Ascent Concierge Agent to deliver elevated guest experiences for ski and snowboard school guests. You will coordinate private lessons, manage communications, and provide on-mountain and on-site support from booking through departure.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years relevant experience, preferably as a concierge or in hospitality.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized, high-touch service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate across departments and manage multiple requests.

Responsibilities

• Deliver elevated, personalized guest experiences by creating meaningful connections and modeling Epic Service.
• Act as the primary contact for guests and internal support needs with professional communication.
• Coordinate private lessons and specialty product logistics, including booking support and routing.
• Take ownership of the guest experience by resolving escalated issues with sound judgment and empathy.
