Job summary

Hästens is seeking an Outside Sales Executive to expand our US presence by identifying new business opportunities, building strong retail partnerships, and driving sales growth. This high-performance hunter role demands resilience, ownership of your territory, and the ability to close high-value accounts while traveling about four days per week across the territory.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, outside sales, or a similar sales role.
• A proven track record of ranking within the top 10% of your previous sales force over a 12-month period.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout your territory (approximately four days per week).
• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
• A valid U.S. Driver's License (Class D/C).

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close high-value accounts independently.
• Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closing.
• Master your territory by spending time in the field and meeting prospects face-to-face.
• Take full ownership of your pipeline and consistently drive new business growth.
