Job summary

Opendoor in New Jersey is building a remote Listing Partner team for licensed real estate professionals. You’ll serve as the single point of contact from offer to close, negotiating on behalf of sellers and coordinating with internal teams to ensure on-time closings and a standout agent experience.

As a Listing Partner, you’ll learn our playbook, master our tools, and handle a high volume of listings and contracts with confidence.

Qualifications

Strong negotiation and communication skills, able to advocate for clients while preserving relationships.
Proven ability to transact at high volume, stay organized, and hit deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
High ownership mindset and cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

Own offer-to-close communications with buyer’s agents on assigned listings.
Negotiate offers and terms within Opendoor guidelines to balance conversion and customer experience.
Coordinate with internal teams and title/escrow partners to close on time.
Manage repair negotiations by reviewing inspection reports and data-backed counters.
Maintain high-quality documentation in internal systems for status visibility.
Monitor portfolio health and escalate when more support is needed.
Deliver excellent agent and buyer experiences through proactive communication.
Adopt new tools and processes to increase productivity and deal quality.
