Job summary

Opendoor is building a remote Listing Partner team in New York for licensed real estate professionals who will serve as the single point of contact with buyer’s agents from offer through close on Opendoor-owned homes. They negotiate on behalf of the seller, coordinate with internal teams and title partners, and drive smooth, on-time closings while delivering a standout agent and buyer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to advocate for clients while preserving relationships.
• Proven ability to transact at high volume, stay organized, and hit deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Active real estate salesperson license or ability to obtain within defined timeline.

Responsibilities

• Own offer-to-close communications with buyer’s agents as primary point of contact.
• Negotiate offers and terms to balance conversion, margin, and customer experience.
• Oversee transactions to close by coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
• Manage repair negotiations by reviewing inspection reports and presenting data-backed counters.
• Maintain high-quality documentation in internal systems for status visibility.
• Monitor portfolio health and escalate when additional support is needed.
• Deliver excellent agent and buyer experiences through proactive communication and timely follow-up.
