Job summary

Opendoor is building a remote Listing Partner team in Massachusetts for licensed real estate professionals. You’ll learn our playbook, master our tools, and build strong negotiation and communication skills while handling a high volume of listings and contracts.

You’ll coordinate with buyer’s agents, price and terms, and work with internal teams to keep files moving toward a timely close. Training and coaching support growth; health coverage is provided.

Responsibilities

• Own offer-to-close communications with buyer’s agents, serving as the primary contact throughout the transaction.
• Negotiate offers and terms (price, concessions, repairs, timelines) within Opendoor guidelines.
• Oversee transactions to close by deadline through coordination with internal teams and external partners.
• Manage repair negotiations by reviewing inspection reports and presenting data-backed counters.
