Job summary

Opendoor is expanding its Resale Listing Partner team in Texas. You will focus on learning our playbook, mastering tools, and building strong negotiation and communication skills. You’ll be supported with training and coaching to ramp into handling a high volume of listings and contracts with confidence.

As a Listing Partner, you’ll work remotely in Texas with licensing requirements and collaborate across pricing, homes, title & escrow, and brokerage to deliver a seamless end-to-end experience.

Qualifications

• Strong negotiation and communication skills; able to explain complex terms simply.
• Proven ability to transact at high volume, stay organized and meet deadlines.
• High ownership mindset; comfortable working cross-functionally to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Own offer-to-close communications with buyer’s agents as primary contact.
• Negotiate offers and terms within Opendoor guidelines for balance of conversion and customer experience.
• Oversee transactions to close by coordinating internal and external partners.
• Manage repair negotiations with data-backed counters.
• Maintain high-quality documentation for each file in internal systems.
• Monitor portfolio health and escalate when strategy support is needed.
• Deliver excellent agent and buyer experiences through proactive communication.
• Adopt new tools and processes to increase productivity and deal quality.
