Job summary

Opendoor is building a remote Listing Partner team in New Jersey for licensed real estate professionals. You will focus on learning our playbook, mastering our tools, and building strong negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Strong negotiation and communication skills for high-volume real estate transactions.
• Active NJ real estate license or ability to obtain within defined timeline prior to start date.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with title, lenders, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Own offer-to-close communications with buyer’s agents on assigned Opendoor listings.
• Negotiate offers and terms within Opendoor guidelines to balance conversion, margin, and customer experience.
• Oversee transactions to close by deadline through coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
• Manage repair negotiations by reviewing inspection reports and presenting data-backed counters to buyers’ agents.
• Maintain high-quality documentation in internal systems.
• Monitor portfolio health for assigned listings and escalate when needed.
• Deliver excellent agent and buyer experiences through proactive communication and timely follow-up.
• Adopt and champion new tools and processes to increase productivity and deal quality.
