Leica Biosystems, part of Danaher, is seeking a Life Sciences Account Executive to drive revenue growth and develop strategic opportunities in the Cambridge, MA area. This remote role supports the Life Sciences Commercial Team and focuses on expanding Leica Biosystems' footprint with biotechs, pharma, CROs, and research institutions.
You will manage territory plans, forecast accurately in Salesforce, and collaborate with product specialists to deliver customer solutions that accelerate adoption
Formación
- Bachelor’s degree required; 14+ years of commercial or sales experience in life sciences or related markets.
- Proven track record achieving revenue growth and new business development.
- Experience in strategic selling, contract negotiation, and complex sales opportunities.
Responsabilidades
- Own territory revenue growth, market share expansion, and business performance through strategic account plans.
- Achieve annual sales objectives through disciplined funnel management, forecasting, and territory planning in Salesforce.
- Develop relationships across biotech, pharmaceutical, CROs, academic and research institutions to expand Leica Biosystems' footprint.
- Drive competitive conversions by communicating the value of Leica Biosystems' portfolio.
- Collaborate with Product Specialists, Applications Scientists, Service, and cross‑functional teams to deliver customer solutions.
