Job summary

Leica Biosystems, part of the Danaher family, seeks a Life Sciences Account Executive to drive revenue and market share in a remote U.S. territory.

You will build strategic account plans, manage a robust funnel in Salesforce, and convert opportunities across biotech, pharma, CROs, and research institutions. This role requires 14+ years in life sciences sales, capital equipment experience, and a proven ability to achieve revenue targets in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 14+ years in sales/BD within life sciences or healthcare.
• Proven track record in strategic selling and complex matrixed environments.
• Capital equipment sales experience required.

Responsibilities

• Own territory revenue growth, market share expansion, and business performance.
• Develop account plans, forecast, and manage opportunities to drive adoption.
• Build relationships across biotech, pharma, CROs, and academia.
• Communicate value of Leica Biosystems portfolios and drive competitive conversions.
• Collaborate with product, service, and other teams to remove barriers and grow territory.
