Job summary

Leica Biosystems, a Danaher company, seeks a Senior Strategic Account Executive to lead the most strategic healthcare customers and drive enterprise revenue growth. You will influence C‑suite leaders, shape long‑term customer strategy, and coordinate cross‑functional teams across large IDNs and health systems.

You’ll work remotely to support assigned enterprise customers in the designated geography, reporting to the Senior Director, Strategic & Corporate Accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with minimum 10+ years in healthcare sales or related enterprise healthcare roles.
• Proven ability to influence C‑suite executives and senior decision makers.
• Experience managing large IDNs, health systems, or academic medical centers.
• Experience leading multi‑year health system growth strategies with executive sponsorship.
• Strong understanding of health system economics and enterprise purchasing.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise growth strategy, revenue performance, and market share expansion across top healthcare customers.
• Develop and execute multi‑year growth strategies focusing on transformational opportunities.
• Lead complex enterprise opportunities and large‑scale health system initiatives.
• Build trusted relationships with C‑suite leaders to influence strategy and commercial outcomes.
• Leverage healthcare economics and market trends to identify transformational growth opportunities.
• Mobilize senior leaders and cross‑functional resources to accelerate initiatives and improve win rates.
• Serve as a role model for enterprise account strategy, executive engagement, and commercial execution.
