Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent
- 6+ years in healthcare sales or strategic account management
- Experience engaging C-suite execs and senior decision makers
- Proven ability to own strategic account plans and drive opportunities
- Strong negotiation and cross-functional leadership skills
Responsabilités
- Own revenue growth and market share across assigned health systems and IDNs
- Develop and execute strategic account plans identifying priorities and opportunities
- Close enterprise opportunities by aligning Leica Biosystems portfolio to customer needs
- Establish executive relationships to accelerate opportunity progression
- Mobilize cross-functional resources to remove barriers and accelerate growth
