Job summary

Leica Biosystems, part of Danaher, seeks a Strategic Accounts Executive to drive revenue growth within IDNs, health systems, and academic medical centers. You will act as Leica Biosystems' executive-facing commercial leader inside assigned accounts and own account plans and enterprise opportunities.

You will build C-suite relationships, lead negotiations, and translate customer priorities into strategic growth in a matrix environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of healthcare sales, strategic accounts, or related lifecycle.
Experience engaging C-suite executives and senior decision makers in large health systems.
Ability to own strategic account plans and drive enterprise opportunities in a matrix environment.
Strong negotiation, executive presentation, CRM, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Own revenue growth and market share across assigned health systems and IDNs.
Develop and execute strategic account plans identifying priorities and wins.
Create, advance, and close enterprise opportunities by aligning portfolio to objectives.
Establish executive relationships to accelerate opportunity progression and growth.
Mobilize cross-functional resources to execute strategies and drive results.
