Job summary

Leica Biosystems, a Danaher company, is hiring a Strategic Accounts Executive to own growth across IDNs, health systems, and academic medical centers. The role emphasizes executive-level engagement, portfolio alignment, and enterprise opportunity management.

You will travel 50-75% and report to the Senior Director, Strategic & Corporate Accounts, operating remotely to support assigned customers. The position targets measurable revenue growth and market share gains within a complex enterprise

Qualifications

• 6+ years of healthcare sales, strategic account management, business development, diagnostics, medical device, healthcare technology, or capital equipment experience.
• Experience engaging C-suite and senior decision makers within large health systems, IDNs, GPOs, academic medical centers, or enterprise healthcare customers.
• Ability to own strategic account plans, lead executive customer conversations, and drive enterprise opportunities in a matrixed environment.
• Strong negotiation, executive presentation, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Ability to translate customer priorities and healthcare market dynamics into growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue growth, market share expansion, and overall commercial performance across assigned health systems and strategic accounts.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to identify priorities and opportunities to win.
• Create, advance, and close enterprise opportunities by aligning Leica’s portfolio to customer needs.
• Establish executive-level relationships with key stakeholders to accelerate opportunity progression.
• Mobilize cross-functional resources to execute strategies and accelerate growth and share gain.
