Job summary

Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a results-driven Sales Specialist for a fully remote role in the U.S. You will drive revenue growth across Wisconsin, Minnesota, Kansas, and the Dakotas, coordinating with local teams and leveraging CRM to manage opportunities.

Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, maintaining funnel data in SFDC, coordinating demos and training, and monitoring competitive activity while utilizing DBS and LBS tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of sales experience in a relevant field.
• Proven time management skills.
• Contract negotiation experience in a matrixed environment.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for rapid revenue growth and market share expansion in the territory.
• Maintain accurate and timely opportunity funnel and customer data in SFDC.
• Achieve high customer satisfaction by delivering sales and support, coordinating demos, installs and training.
• Monitor competitive activities and strategies.
• Develop on products, DBS, LBS Tools (Power BI, Showpad, Territory Business Reviews).
