Job summary

The Wood Agency Life is seeking a highly motivated, 100% remote, 1099 independent-contractor life insurance sales professional. You’ll connect with families who requested coverage information and guide them from the initial call to a completed application.

This commission-based role has no salary, but offers mentorship, exclusive leads, and ongoing call reviews. You’ll log activity in CRM and collaborate with Ben and Andrea to improve results.

Qualifications

• Experience selling by phone, inside sales, telesales, or call center.
• Must have a life insurance license or plan to get licensed before first sale.
• Comfortable with long conversations about serious topics.
• Able to work legally in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Make first contact with people who asked about coverage and schedule longer conversations.
• Open with questions and let families talk to drive discovery.
• Present options by phone/video and complete applications in the same appointment.
• Manage multiple open cases in a CRM and log follow-ups.
• Use team reviews to continually improve approach.
