Qualifikationen

• Experience selling by phone in inside sales, telesales, or call center roles.
• Licensed state life agent or plan to obtain licensing before first sale.
• Comfortable with long conversations about serious topics.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States; 18+.

Aufgaben

• Make first contact with people who asked about coverage and schedule a longer conversation.
• Open with questions instead of a pitch, so the family does most of the talking.
• Present options by phone or video and complete the application in the same appointment.
• Keep several open cases moving without losing track of any of them.
• Log every call and follow-up task in the CRM as it happens.
• Use team call reviews to sharpen your approach over time.
