The Wood Agency Life is seeking a remote life insurance sales professional to join as a 1099 independent contractor. You’ll connect with families who asked for coverage information and guide them from first contact through completed applications.

In this role, you’ll handle long, meaningful conversations by phone or video, use web-based quoting tools, maintain multiple open cases, and log all activity in the CRM. You’ll receive exclusive leads and direct mentorship from Ben and Andrea.

Qualifikationen

• Experience selling by phone in inside sales or telesales environments.
• Ability to conduct long conversations about coverage and underwriting.
• Licensed in life insurance or plan to obtain license before first sale.

Aufgaben

• Make first contact with people who asked about coverage and schedule a longer conversation
• Open with questions instead of a pitch, so the family does most of the talking
• Present options by phone or video and complete the application in the same appointment
• Keep several open cases moving without losing track of any of them
• Log every call and follow-up task in the CRM as it happens
• Use team call reviews to sharpen your approach over time
