Ideal candidates have background in phone-based sales, comfort with long conversations about coverage, and ability to manage multiple leads with disciplined follow-up. Licensing in state life insurance is required or planned before selling.

• Experience selling by phone or inside sales environments.
• Comfortable with long conversations about coverage and underwriting.
• Able to manage multiple open cases and maintain timely follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Make initial contact with inquiries and schedule in-depth conversations.
• Present coverage options by phone or video and complete applications in the same session.
• Log calls and follow-ups in the CRM and track case progress.
• Collaborate with team through reviews, scripts, and ride-alongs.
