Qualifications

• Experience selling by phone in inside sales, telesales, or call center environments.
• Able to engage in long conversations about serious topics.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must hold or be pursuing a state life insurance license.

Responsibilities

• Make first contact with people who asked about coverage and schedule a longer conversation.
• Open with questions instead of a pitch, letting the family talk.
• Present options by phone or video and complete the application in the same appointment.
• Keep several cases moving and log every call and follow-up in the CRM.
