Qualifikationen

• Experience selling by phone in inside sales, telesales, or call center
• Comfortable with long conversations about serious topics
• Consistent follow-up without prompts
• A state life insurance license or plan to get licensed before first sale
• Proficient with web-based quoting tools and a CRM
• Legally eligible to work in the United States (>=18)

• Make first contact with people who asked about coverage and schedule a longer conversation
• Open with questions instead of a pitch, so the family does most of the talking
• Present options by phone or video and complete the application in the same appointment
• Keep several open cases moving without losing track
• Log every call and follow-up task in the CRM as it happens
• Use team call reviews to sharpen your approach over time
