The Wood Agency Life is seeking an experienced, fully remote life insurance sales professional working as an independent contractor (1099). You will handle inquiries from families, guide them through quotes, and complete applications during one session.

Applicants should have prior phone-based sales experience, be licensed or plan to obtain a life insurance license, and excel in long, consultative conversations with clients while maintaining accurate CRM activity.

Qualifications

• Experience selling by phone in inside sales, telesales, or a call center.
• State license required or in plan to obtain license before first sale.
• Comfortable with long conversations about serious topics and follow-up.
• Proficient with web-based quoting tools and a CRM.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Make first contact with people who asked about coverage and schedule a longer conversation.
• Open with questions instead of a pitch, so the family does most of the talking.
• Present options by phone or video and complete the application in the same appointment.
• Keep several open cases moving without losing track of any of them.
• Log every call and follow-up task in the CRM as it happens.
• Use team call reviews to sharpen your approach over time.
