The Wood Agency Life is seeking a remote, 1099 life insurance sales professional who can guide families from initial contact to completed applications. This role emphasizes consultative, phone-based conversations and independent work with exclusive leads and ongoing coaching.

As an independent contractor, you’ll build relationships, manage multiple cases, log activities in the CRM, and participate in weekly team reviews.

Formación

• Experience selling by phone in inside sales or call center environments.
• Comfortable with long conversations about coverage and life insurance.
• Able to manage multiple cases and follow up diligently.

Responsabilidades

• Make first contact with inquiries and schedule longer conversations.
• Open with questions and let families talk to understand needs.
• Present options by phone or video and complete applications in appointment.
• Keep multiple cases moving without losing track of any.
• Log calls and follow-up tasks in the CRM as they happen.
• Use team reviews to improve approach over time.
