The Wood Agency Life is seeking a remote, 1099 life insurance sales professional who can start conversations with families who requested coverage information. You will guide them from initial contact through completion of the application.

Successful candidates have phone-based sales experience and are comfortable with long, complex conversations. A state life license or plan to obtain one before first sale is required. Independent contractor role with commission-based earnings.

Qualifications

• Experience selling by phone in inside sales, telesales, or call center environments.
• Comfort with long conversations about serious topics and building trust over the phone.
• Must be at least 18 and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Make first contact with people who asked about coverage and schedule a longer conversation.
• Open with questions rather than a pitch to let families do most of the talking.
• Present options by phone or video and complete the application in the same appointment.
• Log every call and follow-up task in the CRM as it happens.
