Job summary

Integrity FEX is seeking a Sales Account Executive to educate prospects on life insurance solutions and guide them through the application process. This is a remote, independent contractor role with flexible scheduling and opportunities for professional growth.

You will conduct telephonic and video consultations, tailor coverage options to client goals, and maintain CRM records while adhering to licensing and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone and video.
• Organized with effective time-management skills.
• Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• Active Life & Health Insurance License preferred, or willingness to obtain one before selling insurance.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients who have requested information about life insurance.
• Conduct phone and virtual consultations to understand client needs.
• Recommend coverage options based on each client's goals and budget.
• Guide clients through the insurance application process.
• Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM platform.
• Follow all carrier guidelines, licensing requirements, and compliance standards.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings.
• Build strong relationships by providing excellent customer service.
